Charlotte Tickner

I have been a Youth and Community worker for over 20 years and bring with me a wealth of skills, knowledge, understanding and qualifications to my role as Managing Director of Fleet Phoenix.

My passion for working with young people has developed over the last 15 years into a healthy respect and understanding for young people and their diverse needs.

​

I have a lengthy background in youth work, having worked with a variety of different delivery models including, group work, 1:1, project development, advice, information & guidance, careers & training, outreach, sexual health clinics and drug & alcohol provisions.

​

I also have extensive knowledge and experience in facility management, staff management, project development and management, networking, partnership development and fund raising, all of which will be used to their fullest in the development and running of Fleet Phoenix.
